Our inspection procedures rely on up front prevention rather than detection of defects after the product is complete.  At the start of each project, all design and engineering specifications are carefully reviewed. If there are opportunities to improve the production run, future costs savings are shared with the customer.

Beginning at the prototype development through the last part in a full production run, our team carefully inspects random samples of each batch of parts.  We ensure a common process, so that all parts are laser cut, formed or bent, and welded to the exact client specifications. 

Communication with the customer is another important part of our quality policy.  All jobs are tracked through every manufacturing step by our production scheduling system.  This system enables us to give our customers job status with “up to the minute” accuracy.  Building lasting business relationships through open communication is vital to providing our customers with quality service.
